All the items within this website are handmade and poured by myself and because of this may vary slightly in size and weight
Postage
I will try to keep postage rates to a minimum and you should select the one that you think best suits your parcel. If I feel that I can do it in a cheaper way for you, I will message you and advise you of this and if you agree I will do it for you and refund you the difference. Also if I feel that the postage you have chosen is not suffiecient for your order, then again I will message you and the order will not be sent out until I have the right postage amount sorted out.
I will always try and send your parcel out within 3 days of the date you ordered it. If I cannot for some reason then I will message you to make you aware of this.
Prices
The prices I charge will always be kept to a minimum but are subject to change without giving notice.
Complaints
If you should have a problem and wish to complain about it, please message me through the website and I will get back to you as quickly as possible but definately within 3 days. All issues will be dealt with and resolved satisfactorily.
Refund Policy
If you wish to return an item, it can be done within 14 days of purchase but must be in its original state and unopened. Can you please message me through the website and inform me of your decision to return the item.
